CSV Converter will place quotation delimiters around each field within a comma separated variable file. If you use Microsoft Excel you will notice that if you save to a CSV file, you do not get quotes around every field. Some applications requires that your CSV data has quotes around each field in order to work properly. So now you can create your CSV files within Excel, save to CSV and then run convertcsv.exe to make the files generically software friendly.
